At Rsmuera, on Thursday, dairy cattle at their profit sold freely: Useful cows, near calling, ranged from £1 to £o 1-s (id each. Few store cattle yarded ; those sold well. Fat cattle in full numbers, very many, being ship-borne. Steers : above 300 sold ; prices for ship-borne cattle wero lower fully Ills eicli. Auckland fatted light weight steers and cows kept their values, but prices were very irregular : Steers ranged from lis to 17s ; cows 12s to 15s the lUOlb. Calves : In moderate supply ; sold satisfactorily. Store sheep: In good iimuiry, Shorn lambs brought 7s 'Jd each, and fat sheep last week's values; wethers ranged from 14s to 17s ; owes up to 13s each ; MOO sold. Lambs : In moderate supply, wero nu better worth. Fat pig:;, short, of requirements, sold at extreme values. Nostoro pigs yarded.
