The Institute of Bankers has b»eti discussing the action of the Argentine Government with reference to National Provincial Banks. April 9. There has been a heavy collapse ill Argentine securities, the average fall being £■">. The Standard declares that the Argentine Government is bankrupt. Stocks have failed in London.
