The Petition of the Undersigned Ratepayers op the Mangapiko Road District :—SnowETn : That whereas it is provided by the 63rd Section of " The Counties Act 1886," that the Council of the County may, by special order, declare the Road Board of any Road District to be dissolved, and such Road District to be merged in the County upon presentation of a petition, signed by not less than a majority of the ratepayers of such Road District possessing not less than one-half the ratable property therein : Now therefore we, the undersigned, being not less than the required majority, aud possessing not less than the required half of the ratable property in the Mangapiko Road District do respectfully pray you to mako the necessary special order abolishing the Mangapiko Road Board and merging the Mangapiko Road District in the County of Waipa.
