Soma, April 4. M. BemiKKKIT, who is looked upon as one of the instigators of the assassination of the Minister of Finance, now states that the murder was an act of revenge on the part of u certain section in Bulgaria for the execution Major Panitza for conspiracy to dethrone Prince Ferdinand. Ho also says that similar outrages will bo continued at intervals until Russia frees Bulgaria. April 7. Stainbouloff has expelled the Russian Kavass to whom the anonymous letter threatening Prince Ferdinand and others was triced. St. PKTKUsiiURc;, April 7. M. Bendereh" asserts that he was living in this city at the date of Beltalyle's murder.
