It is Imped the Provincial and National Bunks may be saved by a popular loan, otherwise the Government will be compelled to take measures to prevent widespread ruin. A favourable' solution is hoped for. March 9. Confidence has been restored in the city, and business hds boon resumed. The Government will issue a six por cent. National Loan of a hundred million pesos. The minimum will bo fixed at 75. March 10. The Argentine Government has ordered the suspension of all banking business for three days, pending the receipt of subscriptions to the National loan. ~
