MISS ARNABOLDI'S CASE.
TO THE KDITOR. Sir,—The Auckland Hospital inquiry case and Commissioner's report is now before the public, and no doubt every impartial person will admit that Miss Arnaboldi could not have established her charges anainst such favoured powers, without considerable expense, besides the very great personal sacrifices she made, solely for the welfare of patients likely to be in the same position as poor Berry and McKenzie. Our duty now is to help meet expenses, and give a testimonial to Miss Arnaboldi|for her courage in exposing such culpable negligence in our Auckland Hospital. Perhaps, Mr Editor, you will be kind enough to receive subscriptions for the above object. I will taka a list and seo what I can do here.—Yours faithfully, J. Forrest. Cambridge, March ")th, 1801. |We shall be glad to receive subscriptions for the above object, with which we have the strongest sympathy.—En. |
