Tho Govuniuiunt intend to make auothor attempt to codify criminal law, and a l>lll similar to that introduced by Mr Tolo in ISSIi will be laid before Parliament with such lnudiliuations as are necessitated by tho lapse of time. Tho uiaiu object is to simplify the process of law and cut rid of tits verbiage which disfigurm so many satutes.
Amongst other measures in cuutuiiiplation is a Dill to establish a University College in Wellington.
