Canoes jumping over obstacles on the famous Waikato River. CONDITIONS. 1. The decision of the Committeo to be final iu all disputes. 2. All protests to be accompanied with a deposit of ss, liable to forfeiture should tlio protest not be sustained. 3. Entries for Nos. 0, 8, 9, 10 close on the 25th February, all other events post entry. ■1. Three to start or no race, except No. 6, when 10 canoes must enter. 5. Competitors in the Canoe Hurdle Races must not place either their hands or feet upon the hurdles to assist their canoe over the hurdle. 6. All Competitors to be subscribers of not less than 2s Gd.
