(lawn, hsq., Hin Kxcellency planted a tree in the Domain, in commemoration of his visit. A very lar«e number of tourists and residents assembled fit the Domain, to witness the ceremony. Mr Uavin then intimated that., with His Kxcellency'.s permission, it had lieou resolved to name the No. '-i tlriiikinn •iprinp, "The Lord Onslow Spring," and lin expressed a hope that Lady Onslow would favour Tβ Aroha with a visit, wlieu An. 1 Spring would called after her. L .rd Oualci'w, in reply, said he was \ei-y much pleased with T« Aroha, and that ho and Lady On.-sli'W would pay a vi.sit to Le Aroba at an early date. Amm.Rit those present were, A. C-.
