This the auditors expressed their willingness to do.—lt was then resolved that the treasurer read the accounts fur IS9O, which having been done it wan further resolved that suhjr-ct to audit such accounts be passed. —tJnou tin motion of the treasurer, seconded by Mr Loiirf, tho office of warden was at'ain un.inimoii-ily conferred upon Mr Cos.—The following wore elected ve-jtrvinen for t l ie year 18!)1, viz., Ahier, Burgess, Greshuin.
