HAMILTON DOMAIN BOARD.
Tub usual monthly meeting of the above Board was huld in the Boiough Council Chambers on Tuesday evening, and there were present: Messrs Dey, Scott, Parr and Wood. Mr Dny was appointed chairman, and apologised for Messrs Coates, be 1, Slade and Reid, who were, unavoidably absent.-The election of chairman for the ensuing year was deferred till next meeting n» there was Mich a small attendance.—A letter was read from the Hamilton bwunming Races Committee asking the Board to riant them the use of the Lake Reserve on Friday, February 20th, with power to make a charge of 6d for entrance.-The request was eianted.-Mr Barton reported that the ■innual accounts had not been sent back from Auckland yet, where they had been forwarded for audit.—lt was resolved to pay the interest on the Domain Board loan up to September 17th, 18!)0. t . ~ j This being all the business the board rose. .—_^^—
