OHAUPO ATHLETIC SPORTS.
The athletic sports, hold at Ohaupo on Wednesday, the 7th January, were, a great success. The weathor was all that could be desired, greatly adding to the day's pleasure. All the events were well contested, and the handicaps Rave entire satisfaction. .Mr 11. X. Buttle kindly acted as judge, and judging bv the close finishes in moat of the" event*, it w-,s by no means an easy task. Mr ,). AlcNiol made mi efficient starter, doing justice to everyone.
