Wednesday.—(Before Captain J ackson, R.M.) Taylor v. Somkuskt.—Claim, £i . r >s. Mi' O'Neill appeared tor defendant. The claim was for a cowl or chimney pot, which had been supplied to defendant some nine months ago, which he refused to pay for, as it did not answer the purpose for which it was erected — viz., to stop the downdraft in a chimney.
