(1!Y ELECTRIC TKLKOBAI'H.— COPYRIGHT.) Loxnox, December 22. - TIIH.EE thousaxd employes of the South British Railway Company are out on strike, demanding a reduction in the hours of labour. Tniffia is almost paralysed.
December 23. Four thousand five hundred railway men are out on strike.
In consequence of the delay to trains Singer's Sewing Machine works at Kilbourn are closed, and four thousand work-people are idle.
