(BY KLEOTRIC TRI.KUKAPH.—COI'YHIGHT). Loxdox, December 12. Hit Pahxkli, addressed a meeting of sixty thousand people in Dublin. Mr Parnell, with the view of assisting his candidate for the Kilkenny North seat, is niopting vigorous tactics, and is making a strong appeal to tin mob ii; that city, where he met with an enthusiastic reception.
