I quote as market values £l> 10s for Shepherds, and £8 10s for kidneys. The firmer aro likely to hold the present values, whilotho latter aro likely tn decline slightly. On Wednesday some valuable properties :it Otnhuhn were submitted to auction: thero was a large attendance, with fair competition, although the owner's valuation was not obtained, and all lots wero held over for private salp.
