HAMILTON AMATEUR SWIMMING CLUB.
A meeting of the above club was hold on Saturday evening, at 8 o'clock p.m., m Ihe WAIKATO Timks Buildings. There were present: Messrs Graham (chairman), Sandes, Hume, Hay, Knox, and (*. JvJgecumbe. The secretary read a statement of funds which showed n balance of £2 lOj. Ki"ht new members were proposed. and duly elected. Mr Hay handed in his resignation as secretary owing to business reasons, and Mr Graham proposed a votq of thanks to Mr Hay for the manner in which he had fulfilled his duties, which was carried with applause. Mr Hay proposed C G. Knox as secretaty which was carried. The usual vote of thanks to the chairman wns passed and the meeting, • was adjourned till Friday next, at 7.30 p.m.
