Tho Stock Exchange rallied yestor day afternoun, and tho panic is abating. Nkw York, November 19. Two influential brokers suspended payment to-day. November 21* The Governor of the Bank oi England assured a meeting of bankers to day, that there was nothing to justify the panic. The bank, ha said, i.'i in a strong position, anl would freely support the credit of the bankers who are now reassured.
