RAILWAY COLLISION.
ARREST OF A SIGNALMAN,
(BY KLECTHIC TBI.EGRAI'H.—COPYRIGHT.) London, November 12. The persons killed and injured in the collision at Taunton were mostly returning emigrants. The accident occurred at midnight.. Tho first oarriagc was ignited by fire from tho engine. A signalman has been arrested on a eliarge of causing the disaster by neglcct of duty.
