LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL. (liY TELECRAVH.— I'KESS ASSOCIATION*). WEDNESDAY. Tiik Council met at 2.30 p.m. Mr Stevens gave notice to reinstate the Employer's Liability Bill (which was thrown out yesterday), and to make the second reading on next Tuesday. The second reading of the Westland Xative Keeerves Bill was agreed to by 14 to 13. The Paten, Harbour Bill. Tiinn.ru Charitable Aid Vesting Bill, Wellington School if Design Exchange Bill, and tlm Borough of Devonport Endowment Bill were read a third time, and passed. The Representation Bill was read a -econd lime, committed, and read a third time and passed. The Council rose at 4.30 p.m.
