4 (HY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. — COPYRIGHT.) New York, August 18. Tim labour agitations in the city hnve been renewed. During a disturbance arising out of the strikes in New York, the central police, stationed at Albany, fired on the mot), wounding three persons. This action enraged the crowd, and some of the police narrowly escaped being lynched.
