PUBLIC SERVICE ASSOCIATION.
(BY TKLKGUAPH. —I'UKSS ASSOCIATION'. Wem.inuton, Last Night. Is reference to the Public Service Association the Provisional Committee appointed at the meeting last Thursday are busily engaged in preparing reports of the meeting, and ;i preliminary statement of the objects of the association, which will be circulated throughout the colony in a very few days. There is a good deal of general preliminary work to be done, but there is apparently no slackening »tl' in the determination of the promoters of the Provisional Committee to make the association a thorough success, and it seems a reality. The principal plank in their platform is that there shall bo no central or local colour, but that the association shall embrace tin', whole service throughout the whole colony and shall be thoroughly representative.
