(»s lid had been sent to the Treasury for payment.—A letter from the Treasury Department requesting payment of interest on loan, £7 Ss lid to the public account on tho Ist inst, —A letter from the Registrar of the, Supreme Court, Auckland, asking to be furnished with certilicatcs of judgments and addresses of defendants Samson and others. — Resolved " That the crossing on the road near ,M r (loodwin's land, be fascined and clayed L'n.sls ii'ii to 1 0-' 10s. —11 was also de cidod (o employ labour to £ct several necessary small jobs attended to on the roads.— Accounts passed for payment: Public account, interest, £i° 8s (3d ; J. Goowin, tl 12s.
