WAIKATO FARMERS' CLUB.

Annual Meetin? of the Cambridge Branch. The first annual, and also tho usual monthly meeting of tho above Club was hold at Cambridge on Monday evening. Present: Messra G. K. Clark (chairman), .1. Fisher, J, Gnne, J. Anderson. J. Arnold, J. Forrest, W. Allen, B. Caley, J. S. Bond, T. Wells, 11. K. Hyatt, S. Seddon, W. B. Souter, R. Fisher, W. L. C. Williams, A. Wallace, C. Hunter, M. Butler, and W. Wallace. Tho minutes of tho previous meetitiK were read and duly confirmed, Corkkspondenok. —Letters were received from Mr F. H. Houghton, of Fort-street, Auckland, and Messrs E. Reeves and Co., of Wellington ; the former ottering bone dust at £'(5 10s per ton, and the latter asking the fanners to consign produce to them to be disposed of on commission. Both letters were received. This concluded tho business of the ordinary meeting.
