NEWFOUNDLAND,
(NY ELECTRIC TELEURAI'K. — OOI'YRKiIIT.) London, July 3. The Premier of Newfoundland has arrived in London. Ho asserts that the colony is thoroughly loyal, and the fishermen are not excited, or likely to be provoked into attacking the French. He denied that the people are arming, or that any serious trouble need be expected, and expressed his conviction that the difficulty will be arranged soon.
