(i;y electric TELEGRAPH COPYRIGHT.) London, July 3. A company, including some first-class capitalists in the city, is being formed to take over the Globo assets. The Bank will obtain large advances, while retaining the control of the assets and future profits. The advances will be ample for all wants, including future extension of business. Capitalists are fully satisfied of tho soundness of the Bank, and it is expected the scheme will bo completed immediately. Before, however, the shareholders aro asked to confirm the proposals a full refutation will be submitted respecting Mr Buckley's charges. If tho scheme is confirmed tho London Board will assume the management, and the Bank directorate will bi) increased by goad names.
