Notice is hereby given that the Whaiugaroa Road- Board proposes to CLOSE THE PUBLIC ROAD running through Section 24, containing la. 3r. and 31 perches, be it more or less, and that iu lieu thereof a public road has been projected through Section 25 next adjoining, both in the Parish of Whaingaroa, and situate within the Board's district; and that a plan showing generally the nature of the works executed and the. lands required to be taken for the same is open for inspection daily between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. at my residence, Waitetuna.
