THE WAIKATO ELECTORATE.

We have lately been Rhovvn a letter received by a Waikato resident from Mr Bryce, in which he distinctly states that he will not stand for any other district but Waikato and only for that if he has reason to think the electors wish it. We imagine this statement of Mr Bryce's has been made to dispel any illusion that might have arisen over a paragraph that went the rounds of the papers that his friends in his old constituency were anxious that he should contest that seat again. So far as the electors of Waikato are concorned, wo imagine they have also decided that no other candidate need offer his services.
