LEADER WRITERS.
(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.—COPYRIGHT.) Sydney, June 6. In the Legislative Council a discussion took place on the alleged abuse of powers by writers of leading article* in newspapers, and Mr Julian Sloan. Q.C., said he hoped to introduce a Bill compelling writers to append their names to articles.
