The conditions are as follow :— 1. We would require a guarantee of 10,000 fat sheep per annum, for two years. 2. The consolidated rate referred to abovo would bo -.— For Mutton, 2Jd per lb. For Lamb, 2Jd per lb. 3. We would advance on Prime Mutton, 4d per lb. | Ewes and Seeoiid-clasa Mutton, oid per lb. Good Lambs, 4rtd per lb. out of which the consolidated charge would be deducted. 4.
