The conditions are as follow :— 1. We would require a guarantie of 10,000 fat sheep per annum, for two years, 2. The consolidated rate referred to above would be :— For Mutton, 2Jd per lb. For Lamb, per lb. 3. We would advance on Prime Muttou, <ld per lb. Ewes and Second-class Mutton, 3id perlb. Good Lambs, 4|d per lb. out of which the consolidated charge would be deducted. 4.
