FRUIT GROWERS' MEETING.
(by telegram.— own correspondent.) Auckland, Last Night. At the meeting of the fruit growers' to-day, held under the auspices of local industries committee of tho Chamber of Commerce, it was resolved that immediate steps be taken to secure that the Auckland city market, now principally used by general dealers Bhould be made available for the sale of country produce as an open market.
