Notice is hereby given that the Trustees of the Kihikihi Public Cemetery Reserve intend to-apply'to' the Genial Assembly of New Zealand, in Parliament assembled, for leave to introduce a Bill to authorise the said Trustees to LEASE, by public auction or public tender," all' that UNUSED,. PORTION of said CEMETERY,' containing 4 acres 3 roods and 18 perches, more or less, as is not comprised. in fhe schedule hereto,, for.a term of 14 years, and upon such terms as the said Trustees think fit.
