' Notice is ihereby given that the True-, tees of the Kihikihi Public Cemetery Reserve intend to apply.to the General Assembly of New Zealand, in.Parliament assembled, for leave to introduce a Bill to authorise the said Trustees to LEASE, by public auction or public.tender, all that UNUSED PORTION of said CEMETERY, containing 4 acres 3 roods and IS perches, more or less, as is not comprised in the schedule hereto, for a term of 14 years, and upon such terms as the said Trustees think fit. ; The rents, profits and proceeds thereof to be applied in and towards the improvement and ornamentatioa ok'ihe other portion of the'said-Cemetery Reserve required for interments, and to no other purpose whatsoever.
