It having been proved to the Court holdenon TUESDAY, the eighteenth day of March, 1890, at the Public Hall, Kihikihi, that no Valuation List has been prepared as required by " The Rating Act, 1876," for the Town District of Kihikihi, I do hereby appoint Mr John Marie Grace, of Kihikihi, to be Valuer to make such list, and order that the same shall be completed and deposited for public inspection at the store of John George Elmsly, Esq., at Kihikihi, on TUESDAY, the first day of April, 1890, and lie open for inspection until THURSDAY, the first day of May, 1S90; and that all objections thereto shall be delivered at the Town Board Officc, Whitmore-street, Kihikihi, on or before THURSDAY, the first day of May, 1S90; and I appoint a sitting of the Assessment Court to hear such objections (if any), to be held at the Town Board Office, Kihikihi, on TUESDAY, the thirteenth day of May, 1890, at ten o'clock in the forenoon.
