A proclamation will be found over our leader. Mr E. P. Donnelly wants a competent man for a flax mill. A notification with reference to the valuation list for the town of Kihikihi appear in this issue. The stock, furniture, and other property belonging to Mr H. A. Cowper, will be sold at that gentleman's late residence, Ohaupo Road, on Wednesday, April 10th, by Messrs J. McXicol and Co. To-day Mr W. J. Hunter holds a sale of furniture, horses, etc., at To Awaiuutu. On Tuesday, April 15th, his regular Ohaupo cattle sale will be held ; three head of cattle will be sold at this sale for trespass. Immediately after the cattle sale Mr Hunter will hold liis Ohaupo sheep fair, particulars of the lota to be submitted at which will ho found advertised elsewhere,
