Thb annual report of the WellinßtonManawatu Railway Company shows a credit balance of £5079, but the directors do not propose to declare >i dividend. During the year 172,300 passengers were carried over the line, which is 7,200 more than during the previous year. The revenue is £67,107, being an increase of £11,990 over that for 1888.
