HAMILTON EAST BOXING-DAY SPORTS.
TO THK EDITOR. g lßi _T have waited patiently for an answer to '"Enquirer's" letter and am much sur prised that the Hamilton East Boxing-day Sports Committee have not answered it. Why this thinness ? Has the money been misappropriated? Some suggest it has j gone in " boozo," (whatever that means); ■but surely this cannot be truer ,If the committee are deficient in self respect, they ought at least to inform the subscribers how tho funds were spent. Ido not think we shall have any sports on Sydney Square this year—at any late not with the last year's committee -to' thVfore/ I ,for one shall hotbe.. " '■ ;, - A SUBSCHIBER.
