The exhibits to be arranged by a sub-committee of three, elected by the general committee. 0 2. All exhibits are to be labelled with a sealed envelope, the number of the exhibit outside, and the exhibitor's name 0 inside. 3. No one to act as judge in any class in which he may be an exhibitor. 4. Any protest must be made in writ--0 ing as soon as the awards are made known. 0 otherwise the decision of the judges shall K be final. 5. Prizes to be given in proportion to r . the income of the Society, and the schej dule to be published at least six weeks before thu time appointed for the show. 6. Non-subscribers may exhibit in any [g class on payment of 2s b'd, and be entitled j to free admission. 7- AH exhibits not claimed by the owners at the close of the show will be v- sold by auction, and the proceeds deroted 1 to the funds of the Association. 8. No exhibitor to be present while the awardß are being made. 9. No exhibit to be removed nntil the 6 close of the show. 6 10. The committee to receive and stage any exhibits forwarded to them (carriage p«id) by exhibitors who cannot attend personally. 0 11. No exhibitor to compete for more 0 than one prize in each class, with the same variety, and nothing to be shown unless it has been the bona fide property of the exhibitor for two months before 0 the show. Any exhibitor violating this 0 rule to be disqualified. 12. That the judges be empowered to withhold prizes from any class which may 0 be considered as unworthy of reward. 13. That competitors be required to 0 have the name of each specimen, as far as known, plainly written and attached to the same. 14. That the place of exhibition be 6 open the day previous to the show from 6 12 noon to 9 p.m. and on the following SR day to 9 a.m., for the reception of exhibits, after which no exhibit will be admitted, and the place to be closed by 10 o'clock. The Show to be opened to the public at 1 o'clock. 0 15. Tlie definition of the classes shall 0 be as follows : Class 1, All Comers ; Class 2, Amateurs; Class 3, Cottagers, Artisans, and Day Labourers. In Class 2, an Amateur shall be considered as one who only employs occasional assistance, 0 Class 3 shall be considered those who 0 cultivate their exhibits personally. 16. Exhibitors to give notice to the Secretary of the Show Committee eleven 0 days (Thursday, 6th March, 1S90), before the day of show of the classes and numbers they propose to compete in. NOTICE TO COMPETITORS AND 6 OTHERS.
