Katkouka, Last Night. Mr Lance addressed the electors lust uwht. He expressed surprise at Mr Billunee toeing proposed for the leadership of the Opposition, and also at Mr Balance's acceptance thereof, as the member for Wanifsnini had previously stated that he would nut take the office. Mr Lance advocated selling the railways as the only means he saw of getting rid of the Property-tax, which, however, he preferred to a Land and Income-tax.
