The following prisoners were convicted and sentenced :—Ernest Robinson, breaking iuto and stealing and larceny as a bailee, IS months' hard labour; Maurice Fitzpatrick, larceny, three years' penal servitude; Chas. Leslie Fleming, forgery and uttering, nine months' hard labour; Henry Red ford, larceny from a dwelling, nine months' hard labour; James Cotter and George Alexander, robbery with violence, three years' pena! servitude; James King, robbery from the person, IS months'hard labour; John Kemp, larceny, six months. John O'Brien pleaded guilty to lavoeny frini a dwelling, and sentence was deferred. There are three mora prisoners to be tried.
