(by electric telegraph.—copyright.) Paris, February 6. Fuance next year will build ten ironclads, eleven cruisers, and a large number of torpedo boats. The ironclad cruiser Victorious, 4,530 tons, ] 3 guns, replaces tho Dubdordieu as flag ship on the Pacific station.
