English coal is being boycotted in Portugal. Two hundred thousand tons have been purchased in Belgium.
There are a large number of English residents in Portugal in a destitute condition.
The Government intend to prosecute Ihe Governor of Oporto, for suggesting that English residents should be shipped on lighters laden with dynamite supplied with time fuses.
