Admission to Park Reserve : Adults, 6d ; children under 14, free, REFRESHMENT BOOTHS ON GROUND. All competitors to be dressed in university costume—trunks to knees and singlets—or they will not he allowed to compete. In the Clothes Race competi tors to wear clothes cousisting of boots, trousers, vest and coat, to weigh not less than 71bs. in all ; ali clothes to be brought in at the linish, or competitors will be disqualified. None but amateurs allowed to compete. Amateur means any person who has never made his livelihood by swimming, or swam against a professional for money prizes. Girls' and Ladies Races are under the supervision of a committee of lading. Entries for handicaps to be made on or before Wednesday, the 12th inst. Other entries to be made on or before Saturday, the 15th inst., at 7 p.m., to the Secretary at Hamilton. In cases of disputes the decision of the committee to be final, Five shillings to be lodged with each protest. Booths can only be erected, or refresh ments sold, by permission from the committee. The committee reserve to themselves the right to striko out any event from the programme if it does not till up. Resident in Waikato district means three months' residence in the counties of Waipa, Waikato, Raglan and Pialto. Three to start in each event, or no race.
