(»T ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.— COPYRIGHT.) London, January 30. It is probable that one hundred thousand or possible half-million of gold will shortly be withdrawn for Buenos Ayres. It is reported that France is likely to withdraw six millions from French bankers in London within a month in order to fund a portion of the public debt.
