It is said they will be dispatched to Quillimane and Delagoa Bay 10 enforce the withdrawal of the Portugese from the disputed territory. Lisbon, January 21. King Cai'los has requested the ceremony of his investiture svith the Order of the Garter to be postponed. January 22. The hostile feeling evinced ,in Portugal against the action of England in relation to the Zambesi dispute, is now calming.
