DESTRUCTIVE FIRE AT OHAUPO.

Messrs Kusabs' Saw-mill Destroyed. On Thursday night Messrs Kusabs and Sons' saw-mills at Ohaupo were destroyed by tire, the particulars of which are these : —About 1 a.m. the engineer was awakened by the engine being in motion, and on get ting up he found the mill in flames, the heat being so great as to get up steam. Nothing could be done, owing to the hold the fire had got, to save the buildings, which are totally destroyed with the machinery. The engine is not much damaged, and the planing machine only partially. The tire apparently originated near the breaking down saw. There was no insurance on the buildings or machinery.
