KIRIKIRIROA SCHOOL.

An entertainment in aid <>f the school funds was given by the children and a few friends in the Kirikiriroa school-house nil Friday evening. Despito the wet night, the room was well filled, and a most successful sntertaiiuneni carried out. In the course of the evening Mr Swarbrick, chairman of the School Committee, presented the prizes to the successful pupils, and, in his remarks, said that the Insnector had made a most flattering report upon the conditi<»n of the school, and highly praised the school mistress, Mrs Stone.
