THE DOCK STRIKES.

The motion tabled by Burns at a meeting of the strikers' executive, that the balance in the hands of the Dockers' Union be supplied for the purpose of maintaining their position and relieving has been carried. It is asserted that Cardinal Manning approved of the motion.

The Mayor of Bristol hap agreed to act as arbitrator in the strike among the local dock men.
