(by telegraph.—punas association.) THAMES, Friday. News has been received here to the effect that a man named James Wilson shot himself yesterday afternoou at Kiriata, near Coromandel. A prohibition order was issued against him at the Thames Court last Tuesday. No cause is assigned. OHRISTCH.URCH, Friday. At a meeting of the Directors of the Kaiapoi factory held to-day, it was decided to close the factory until the log in preparation by the Union is submitted and considered by the Board.
